We have been experiencing unusual courier problems recently. This has resulted in several orders not arriving until 24hrs late and in the case of deliveries immediately before a Bank Holiday, some not arriving at all.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight are nearly always delayed by 24 hours.

We have always done everything we can to get your order to you on the correct day and will continue to do so, however, we are unable to be 100% confident your order will arrive on the correct day and ask you to take this into consideration before placing an order.

Therefore, if your order is date crucial please order for delivery the day before you need it - if possible. Otherwise, if you are unable to accept this condition please do not place an order.

We have always prided ourselves on customer satisfaction and we do not want to disappoint you.

Update: Since Christmas 2015 we have enjoyed a 99% successful delivery rate!
